: Good Location only a short walk to shops and restaurants, 15 minute walk to seafront and town centre. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen, although a dishwasher would be a nice addition.
: Nothing. House was perfect for our group of 6 adults but think may be a little small if 12 people were staying here.

: The size of the house and facilities available gave options to eat in (as the kitchen facilities are great) or to eat out and if the weather was slightly wet - there was options to dry clothes and get warm.There is ample space for 10-12 people. Only a 20 minute walk to sea front and shops/restaurants , and cost of taxi either was approximately 5
: The dining table was not big enough for more than 6 to eat, but there is another folded table and chairs so just a bit of bother. The duvets on the beds where very warm(which is great in winter...but not so good when warm, with no other option to cover

: Lovely property for a group of friends and family catching up. Towels provided and all the essentials you would expect including tea and coffee and some milk left in the fridge on arrival - very welcome. The beds were super comfortable and bedrooms spacious. Well equipped kitchen with everything we needed. The owner was very friendly and was there to greet us and show us around. The property backs on to the train line but there was minimal noise. Very close to train station for train to Brighton etc and about 20mins walk to the seafront which had a pier with amusements etc.
: If we had to say something - the lack of dishwasher was a bit of a shame although we expected this as the property description says there isnt one, it just meant we had to spend time washing up... and we pre-washed some of the mugs before using them as they didnt seem that clean... The outdoor courtyard is small, but again we expected this and it didnt matter as there was plenty of space for the children indoors and we took them to the beach for a run around! Otherwise the property had everything we needed and was clean.
