  : A very warm welcome awaited me. Breakfast was most enjoyable as was the Sunday lunch I had. All staff were most pleasant and helpful, nothing was a bother. And the view from my bedroom was exceptional
  : The bedroom could have been cleaner, quite a few big stains on the carpet, not what you expect to see. Scurting boards could have been cleaner.

  : Personally I love these kind of hotels in the country side, and this one was no exception! Is in the middle of the farms, cool people, restaurant downstairs and I slept very well! I also got a soap to take a shower ;). I do recommend the hotel! It was close to Truckfest, like 7 minutes by car. Planty of parking places there.
  : I was feeling like crying in the morning, I really wanted to have fish and chips...but they didn't have, even if outside it said "Fish and chips all day every day", so I guess Sunday is not one of those days :). Instead the lady gave me some fresh plate of fruits with yogurt so really happy.

  : No massive complaints. Rooms were large, had both a bath and shower. This is family run and they were very friendly and helpful. There is a large car park.
  : I am at fault for not spending enough time researching the site. First I thought the property was in Wolsingham village. it is actually on the A68 main road about 3 miles outside the village. For commuting this was actually convenient, but not for popping out in the evening. Calling this a hotel is a bit strong, it is very basic and far more of a motel. The rooms although big were ropey decorated. They were clean enough but definitely needed some paint, a bit of mould cleaning etc. In addition this is a sort of truck stop cafe which is basically where the food is.
