The Florian self-catering accommodation is just a 10-15 minutes' walk from the beach harbour and town centre. There is a regular bus service running to and from town. The X53 bus stops outside of the property and take you to the Jurassic Coast. Free parking for up to 4 cars is available off road with more free parking nearby.

The Florian offers comfortable self-catering room with a kitchenette containing fridge/freezer microwave toaster and kettle. All rooms are en-suite or private facilities with free WiFi hairdryers and TVs. A welcome pack is provided upon arrival. Florian has their own Sea Fishing Charter boat which guests can book for an additional charge.
