  : The lack of clear information about towels in the room. Only one set out when two people staying. Not fun both of us coming out of the shower dripping wet and only one bath towel available.

  : Nice quaint quiet location in a lovely period building.
  : Thin walls in rooms so you can hear anything and anyone! Bed was rock hard so I didnt get a good nights sleep mould in the bathroom with an extractor fan that wouldnt turn off of a night!

  : Shower totally inadequate due to scaled up shower head.Dirty cup and glass in room/kettle with damaged lid. (Dealt with very quickly by staff when we complained)Food service in bar very slow. Tables sticky and dirty. Pizza on one night inedible.Breakfast very disappointing. Monday morning, brought to table but still not the freshest. Tuesday morning, buffet only and had clearly been there a very long time. Breakfast only served till 9 - who wants to get up early when on a treat away!

  : Staff where hard to find, especially reception. Staff didnt check bathroom accessories and supply of tea was minimal.

  : Good location to where we needed to travel too, outside area nice to sit in. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast on se one morning was ok.
  : The room we had was ok in terms of size but it really could do with a deep clean, whilst the bed was comfortable and bedding was clean, the shower/bathroom showed signs of mould and mildew, dirty grout. The sliding window door was very dirty too. We could hear people next door all through the night too, better soundproofing definitely required. Not enough sockets in room for charging phones etc. The draws were difficult to open and close due to wear and tear also.We ate at the restaurant on second night of our stay with friends also booked in, but the food was awful, a few of us had pizzas and they were barely edible, not sure if there were staffing issues in the kitchen that night but we believed we were served ready meals/frozen pizzas, plus it took a long time to be served from when we ordered.
