  : Not very clean. Was woken up by staff as unbeknownst to me toilet cistern not working and overflowed the neighbour. No apology from the staff that they banged on the door, waking me up, and came straight into the room!!!!

  : The outside space was nice and the staff was friendly
  : Unfortunately everything, from the holes in the curtains, the stained bathroom, the TV not working, only 1 plug socket out of the 3 in the room worked so the kettle was on the floor by the door to the room, no milk for tea or coffee, the towels smelling of BO and then when a new set was provided they stank of smoke and I believe the staff had just had a cigarette break. The window frame were falling apart with smashed glass, the headrest for the bed was missing so just have a messed up wall on display, no where to hang clothes apart from a couple of hooks and 1 hanger, the smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling, handles in the sink unit were peeling off and green, the drains stunk so we had to buy an air freshener. The bed linen was not clean we had to shake it out to get the black bits off and the linen was stained and u can tell the internal pillow was really old. The mattress for the bed was flat as if someone had taken all the springs out! It was a shambles to the point that we could not stay another night!

  : Comfy and clean, arrived early and they checked us in early too.
  : There was nothing near by other than the motor way. If you have your own car you're sorted otherwise you'll have to walk an hour or take an 8 taxi ride. They had a menu where you could call for drinks and chocolates, when I called they said they had nothing and to just make tea or coffee that was provided. There is never anyone in reception.

  : The surfaces in the bedroom were all sticky. The room we had could have done with a lick of paint.

Owners were mopping the lobby with bleach?Owners walk around topless & barefoot Wouldnt recommend staying here without males

  : Room smelt of wet dog. The room was cold, damp, bathroom had mould, drugs in cabinet, people banging on doors at 2.30am, no chairs for the table.Worst place I have ever stayed.
