  : There was very loud shouting, arguing and music in the next room, and because the walls were extremely thin, I could hear everything and knew I wouldn't be able to sleep. There were food marks on the walls, on the taps, there was lots of dust on the skirting, the curtains were broken, and there was a spider's web and large spider on the ceiling, and a spider in my bed as soon as I pulled back the duvet. When I asked for a refund, the owner said I would need to go via booking.com, but they ultimately only refunded a small fraction of the overall fee. Due to the noise, I left and went to stay at a Travelodge 45 minutes down the road.

  : Good value, comfortable beds and personal service.
  : We arrived on motorcycles and the parking area was very loose gravel and was a bit unstable but we had knowledge of it before we arrived. The property could do with some decoration but we guessed it was still early days in the business.

  : Good location, close to the town centre. Good car parking, friendly staff. Decent sized bedroom.
  : Had difficulty in getting any cold water through the shower! Would have liked a hair dryer in the room.

  : Room was cold when we first went in. Not the cleanest of rooms . Mould in the shower , bed sheets were far too thin and cold . No way to put heating on ourselves
