Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property currently isn't accepting guests from certain countries, during dates where such guidelines exist.

In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property can only accept bookings from essential workers/permitted travellers, during dates where such guidelines exist. Reasonable evidence must be provided on arrival. If it isn't provided, your booking will be cancelled on arrival.
A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note the property does not accept cash payments.

When reserving our secure parking, please note that the driver of the car will need to pay a GBP 100 cash deposit for the parking voucher and entry FOB. This will be returned at check-out.

Please note that the card used to make the booking must be present upon check-in.

Guest will need to provide 1 form of photo ID which will be copied onto their check-in form.

Please note, in case the maximum occupancy of each room is exceeded, the property will charge a fine of GBP 150 per night.
