  : The only issue was an item in the bathroom but after contacting the managers we had it resolved quickly the next day.

  : I liked that booking was fast, same I can say about the communication between myself and the lady managing the place. Great video explaining how to get in but the code for the gate did not work. Luckily a gentleman living there opened it for me. Make sure you read the email or messages received from their side once you booked with Booking as until you have not transferred the amount ( though youve inserted your card details) your booking is not confirmed. Same happened to me but the lady was nice enough to charge me through the card rather than transfer as it was a very short time. It was nice to see they left milk in the fridge and some juice, hand wash, fairy liquid and other cleaning products, sugar, coffee etc. I havent used any as I had mines but Im guessing that there are lots of people actually using it. I liked that there were coolers in the apartment as I stayed there during a heatwave and they were life saving. I like they had prime on the TV but the internet connection was quite slow. I had some issues with the TV because of the connection that got lost several times. Im not a TV person but I could not do any of my stuff on my laptop either due to poor connection.
  : This is not a place for someone to come on a holiday or even to spend a night if you are travelling to London for a concert, for the money you are paying. Id choose a hotel for my holidays. I was in a situation where I did not have any place to go and had to choose it but it is definitely not something I would recommend to anyone for a holiday or for a longer stay like myself. Ive been living in London for 15 years and Ive never seen in any place as many ants, spiders and spider webs as Ive seen in this place. As soon as Ive entered the building and the flat a very bad smell hit my nostrils. They must be having some pipe issues as Ive burnt incenses, essential oils etc just to cover the smell but no joy. I found the bed sheets dirty, full of staines, same for the blankets and pillows etc. Luckily I had my own bed sheets, kitchen us-tensile etc as I was moving flats. The sofa was full of marks and Ive cleaned the whole thing as I had products and had to make it liveable for me. The reason Im writing this is not to harm this business but to make them make it better as all the downsides Ive read at the reviews prior to my stay were not fixed and months passed since. Also, the reason Ive chosen this place was only because of the high rate that was having it. This place it is definitely not a 9 for anything but the professionalism of the lady managing the flats. I was shocked to see the high rate when the reality is different. The location ( its 15 min walk from any of the 2 stations) its not safe for single ladies, the high street has all the shops but its full of drug addicts, drinkers and time wasters. Ive never felt more unsafe on a high street than this one, even during the day. Cleanliness Im sorry but I wont give it more than a 6. The whole place requires a refurbishment ASAP!!! Please stop giving high rates to places that do not deserve it. Ive chosen this place as it had a high rate. There is so much more to say but no more space to write

  : Great location, with nearby shops and public transport a short walk away. Easy to access both Harry Potter Studio Tour and central London. Good communication from host and excellent explanation of accessing the property.
