Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note the lead guest must be 25 years and older. When booking for groups, different policies and additional supplements will apply. Please note, the parking space can only accommodate 1 vehicle. Smoking is not permitted at the property. Dogs are only permitted in the lower ground floor of the property. Please note, the patio and garden area is shared with the owners, who live next door.
