  : Room allocated hadn’t been cleaned so was given another room. Rowdy bar, even at 4 in the afternoon. Only Thai food available. Shared bathroom and toilet. Very limited parking.

  : The staff and main bar area were great, food was lovely.
  : The bedrooms were poorly decorated. The noise was unbearable, especially in room 3 with a piano underneath the room and the fire doors banging shut all hours to the shared bathroom next door. No plug in bath ( had to buy one ) despite being told they were getting me one . The bedding had burn markings in it and cushions zips broken on our arival , let’s see if I get my security deposit back ( also not mentioned before) Parking is not on site and cost us £20 for 2 days . I’ve never stayed in a noisier place in my life . Not relaxing at all . Had to actually leave and go for a walk at 10.30 at night as I couldn’t bare it anymore . Seagulls were unbelievably loud and the room was single glazed .Road sweeping at 5 am . Bin men , draymen and every boy racer in the lakes decided to congregate outside the hotel I can’t believe for a small town it was so noisy from 4 am . Coupled with the fact the pianist ( who was very good, just not what we expected on a Thursday night in a small town)was on for 5 hours the night before . we left exhausted. Not the restful full few days we had booked at all . We almost left early but it was my birthday
