: Very comfortable. Exceptional taste to make people feel homely. Loved the property overall and would love to stay again.

: We had a wonderful stay in the Kub House and the decor was spectacular! It was a romantic getaway with board games and fully equipped kitchen. We were quite disappointed with the cleanliness in a couple of areas (such as under the table in the living room and the oven) but overall it was ok.
: We were not so impressed with the lack of effort the hosts made in those extra touches or making the stay a little special for our anniversary.

: Lovely, clean and homely accommodation. Private and quiet. Lovely garden outlook with birds singing. Well thought out with basic items provided.
: Bathroom door very hard to open due to closer - surprised this hadn't already been addressed.

: Very well equipped - nice touch was milk in the fridge, tea, coffee, salt and pepper etc. Good wifi, TV, shower, comfy bed with 2 pillows, effective heating and excellent local information. Property very clean and good towels were provided Heated towel rail much appreciated Very quiet, lovely rural location near to Berkhampsted and Tring Would be great for walking holiday although we were there to visit a friend in Watford General Hospital which was an easy drive away Super, private, outdoor area with seating and BBQ but we hit a wet week so couldn't take advantage of that Would love to go back one day
: Only because we are older we found the sofa was rather low and soft - propably not a problem for the younger more agile guest!
