  : Comfortable, welcoming, spotlessly clean cottage in good position in village with its own parking. Slightly old fashioned but with good WiFi and everything you need such as kitchen equipment, iron, ironing board, hairdryer etc. Felt at home immediately. Harbertonford is ideal for getting around South Hams being near but south of Totnes and only 20-25 mins to Start Bay, Blackpool Sands and Dartmouth.
  : You have to turn hot and cold water taps under sink to use washing machine, which I found difficult being a plumbing idiot. I didn't dare risk it so wasn't able to use machine. No wardrobes in bedroom (just hanging racks) and no cupboard for ironing board and hoover which are kept in the small hall and don't look nice. But as I was on my own I put these items in the bunk bedroom.

  : Good facilities including washing machine. Good, effective heating. Plenty of sleeping arrangements.
  : Outdated decor, my wife ended up with insect bites from sitting on the sofa.
