  : The beautiful setting in the grounds of the castle. Outstanding apartment. Clean, modern, luxurious with a high quality decor. Everything you need. There was wine, chocolates, and whisky marmalade for us on arrival, which was a lovely gesture.
  : The boiler wasn't working on the last day, which meant a cold shower and boiling kettles to wash dishes. The information pack as to the location of the boiler needs updating. It stated that the boiler was in the kitchen when, in fact, it was in one of the bedrooms. If my husband wasn't so handy, we would have had a problem restarting it. It took three quarters of an hour to sort and then another hour for the water to heat up. It was too late for us to wait. I have contacted the apartment team, and they have assured me that they will update the information and apologised for the inconvenience.

  : Beautiful setting , The apartment was Immaculate and well equipped. The only 1small niggle was none of the three clocks worked ,proparbly needed new batteries. But I recommend going as the castle if magnificent .

  : Modern, very clean apartment in beautiful location. Dog walkers paradise.
  : Very minor points: would have liked higher water pressure in shower and bath. Didnt like fact we were requested to strip beds and clean door handles and light switches. The reason for that is we are on holiday and want to leave household chores behind

  : Beautiful location. Spacious apartment, with comfortable bed, and well equiped kitchen. Were able to take our dog. Although we didnt meet the staff, they had gone out of their way to obtain afternoon tea for our daughter as a surprise gift, very thoughtful. Quiet location with loads of walks. Had a lovely stay.
  : Light grey carpet at entrance of apartment. Not great coming in from a red ash carpark - would suggest laminate or hardwood floor at door entrance
