  : Beautifully presented property with exceptionally good access to the town centre and beaches on foot, meaning you can arrive, park up and forget the car for your stay. Very clean inside and out giving us great confidence in visiting. Wouldnt hesitate to return.
  : Hard to find any criticism. My only comment might be in relation to the obligatory self close fire doors. Sometimes these can be slightly inconvenient if, for example, carrying drinks from the kitchen to the living area. Really only a very minor observation.

  : Great location. Five minutes walk to the town with lots of nice eating places etc. Lovely, big apartment. Two large bedrooms with superb en-suites. Main bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and a bath in the en-suite as well as a big modern shower. Upstairs is very spacious with a huge lounge and very modern kitchen with all the appliances that you would need. Your own designated car space is a huge bonus. Thoroughly recommend.

  : Beautiful, spacious, and light 'upside down' apartment in close walking distance of North beach and Tenby's delightful eateries and independent shops. We were allocated 2 parking spaces on advanced request as a group of friends (2 couples) travelling from different parts of the country. Great to have on-site parking esp as one member of group has slight walking/carrying difficulties. The welcome pack of milk and Welsh cakes also a nice touch and tea/coffee is also provided although we had taken our own so didn't need to use this. Kitchen is superbly equipped and in great order with a brilliant bathroom en-suite to the king sized bedroom, second twin room is also en-suite. Owners are very responsive when contacted and it was nice to read about their 'journey' and conversion of the property in the information folder. They have done an excellent job and good luck to them with the next phase planned later this year.Would we stay again? 100% if mattresses could be upgraded...we love Tenby and it's likely to be at least an annual trip for us in future! It's always good to be able to recommend places to friends and family too!
  : Both couples have top range mattresses at home and found the mattresses to be rather thin and inferior for this standard of property. This led to some discomfort and aches and pains which marred the break slightly due to lack of sleep. Slouchy sofas also aesthetically pleasing but don't suit everyone - found the chairs to be a little more comfortable! Perhaps a higher/firmer sofa as one of the options? Our friends' shower in the twin room had a problem with door coming off/door hinges so some emergency repair was needed in order to use it and the issue reported to Emily (owner) that evening - she assured she would take action the next day - which was our departure morning.Not a huge issue but check in time of 4pm is quite late and check out time of 9.30am is earliest we have ever experienced. To avoid rush we cleaned and packed the night before and breakfasted in Tenby, checking it was ok to leave our cars beyond the check out time - which Gareth reassured us was absolutely fine. This feedback was also given on a questionnaire left in the property for renters along with the overwhelming mainly positive feedback and our thanks to the owners for a lovely stay overall.
