  : Would like mugs in the room instead of those little conference cups and decaf tea in the room would be lovely (it would save me bringing my own of all of the above) but that doesn’t do away from the fact that we visit multiple each year because it’s a lovely place to stay. Thank you.

  : A lovely big car park. The situation near the town and beach. The breakfast was good. The hotel itself had a lot of history.
  : The curtains were not thick ones like in a lot of hotels, so was woken up by the sun coming in early morning!

  : Comfy bed, lovely view of the garden. Useful tip in welcome email to leave luggage in the car if in the Louisa Lodges - saved carrying down to reception and then back up again to where the car park was (next to Louisa Lodge)
  : Room is tired and was not the quality I would have expected for the price paid. Bathroom especially had quite a bit of mould around the fixtures/bath. The breakfast was also £12.50 per person, although this was booked via Booking.com - I would have expected this to be included at the price paid each night for the room (£150). Also no restaurant available for lunch or evening and the bar was like the Marie-Celeste which is a shame, as there was quite a lively bar just a couple of doors down. Therefore to get service you had to ring a bell! Car parking spaces were limited and small.
