  : Great host. Very welcoming. Proximity to town, beach and steam railway was fantastic. All within walking distance. Great size room. Nice private bathroom. Good to have a fridge and a fan! (we needed it!) Very bright natural light from good size windows. Lovely bedding. And considering at front of property, next to main road, once the windows were closed, there was no noise. And had a peaceful sleep.
  : The only problem had, was the lack of water pressure.. Taking a shower took twice as long, and so it was a shame I could not wash my hair as it would have taken an hour! (I have very long hair!) I meant to report before leaving but our paths did not cross again before checkout time. And a hairdryer in the room would've been a nice addition. (also another reason for myself personally, to not wash my hair..)

  : Beautifully kept property and lovely breakfast. Great location, so close to Swanage main strip and the steam train to Corfe Castle. Laundrette not far either to do washing.
  : Rooms were small and it was hard to get suitcases up stairs and then we had to put them inside wardrobes as there was little floor space. Otherwise, it was a beautiful place, probably suited more to retirees than families.
