  : The cottage was comfortable, clean and tidy, the facilities were very good, the location was good to explore the surrounding area, coast and north Norfolk was about an hour away

  : Overall it is a lovely cottage. Well maintained and clean. Good facilities and nice enclosed garden. Nice location and quiet.

  : The cottage was fitted out reasonably well although there s very little stoarage space. Some small drawer units in the bedroom would have helped. Removing the rocking chair would only benefit the bedroom.
  : We were initially put off by the small size of the cottage and the narrow winding stairs although, staying there for 2 weeks we eventually came to terms with this. There were no instructions for using any of the appliances particularly the heating. Although there was a dishwasher and rubbish bin in the kitchen there were no tablets for the former and no bags for the latter. We had to purchase them and finding small quantities of dishwasher tablets wasn't easy. The cottage is situated on the very busy Ipswich Road. Although the distance and time to the site where I work was similar to other places we have stayed in the area, my wife was failrly stranded there and a vehicle is required to access almost everything. The wi-fi (Sky) and mobile signal (Vodafone) were terrible, not disimilar to many other areas of Norfolk
