  : Very little. Apart from a housemaid called walailaik who was lovely, and could see I saw struggling with my bags and took them off me to walk down two flight of stairs, as the lift was out of order
  : Where to start…Waiting over 10 minutes for someone to appear at the reception desk at 5pm- ish.Being instructed that our ‘pet friendly’ room, was on the second floor, along the corridor, up a couple more stairs, and along…Bare in mind I and my friend had two spaniels two suitcase type bags, two large carry bags, and folding dog crate. And a carrier bag… my friend asked is there a lift…. The reply.. oh yeh sorry it’s out of order.. no offer of help nothing…Godsmacked we went off to find our room…. When we found it… we entered yes it’s a ‘pet friendly’ room but I didn’t expect to see so many signs off this on the carpet..Next up… the toilet took over 30mins to fill up after being flushed.. and the sink took even longer to drain.The single bed in the room was barely fit for purpose, you could feel every single ‘spring’My next fault is as a ‘pet friendly’ room, why is it situated as far from a exterior door…. Surprisingly dogs need to be taken out, for toileting.. to avoid said carpet stains, previously commented on. So why, why so far away from an exit!Due to a long day we settled down for the night relatively early, and we’re all nicely asleep by 10pm… however when 11.15pm arrived I can only assume a member of bar staff decided to empty a bottle bin, at what seemed like right under our window… which shock horror set my dogs off barking as they didn’t have a clue what had just woken them. So guess what what…. That meant another long trek to take them outside and settle them down again for the evening.As you can tell I was far from impressed!The only slight positive was a housekeeper called Wilailaik who on our check out saw I was struggling with bags and the dogs and stopped her cleaning and help us by carrying some bags down the two flights of stairs.

  : I love this hotel, staff are normally very good and friendly.I stayed there 2nd July 2024 the breakfast staff were just not interested in being there to make sure all the guests were looked after.At one point after waiting 10 mins for hot water to put into my cup with a dry teabag I had to go to the reception to ask if anybody is serving in the restaurant for breakfast, at last a member of staff came over and asked what was the issue ? its the flask with hot water !! THERE IS NO FLASK .To be fair she dis go into the kitchen and fill a flask of hot water for the queue of guests who were waiting for hot water.
  : The look of disgust on the restaurant staff as I had to go to the reception to ask if anybody was working in the restaurant .
