  : An absolute disgrace. Do not stop here !! It looks like from the outside like council flats and even worse when you walk in to the building. It smells like damp and urine and honestly so unpleasant. Our apartment was freezing and tiny - scratches on the walls and food wrappers hidden beneath cabinets which just indicates how rubbish its been cleaned - dirty carpets and dirty Towels and the bed was dirty and run down like most of the furniture in there. They take a security deposit for damage when everything looks damaged already. We were refused a refund even though we did not stay. They showed us other apartments but they were just as bad and we honestly just had enough and drove home. We complained but were refused to Speak to a manager and no empathy or consideration wa shown to the fact we drove all the at from Nottingham to somewhere we thought was lovely from the photos but but just turned out to be a dump. Will be trying to get my money back from booking.com now to see if they will refund me my money, very upset :(

  : Don't bother. Uses a lengthy terms and agreement form that includes all personal info including address and photo I'D. Everything you would need to commit fraud. Booking.com have already verified me. Also deposit 150 will get back in two weeks. Refused to refund me even though it was within an hour of booking. Stayed elsewhere in straford worth the extra few pound. This is just not worth the hassle.

  : It must be said that the location and secure car parking was good. The bays are a bit tight though so anything bigger that a small saloon or hatchback will struggle to manoeuvre and get into a space. Especially when another guest has a van with a MEWP Bucket (Mobile Elevated Work Platform) at the back as was the case when I pulled up in my saloon. The place was relatively quiet so good for a night sleep after a long day's work.
  : Where to start?! 1. The booking process is an unnecessary a LONG and CUMBERSOME for the type of property you are booking. Ill explain why below. I booked via booking.com and the booking was confirmed. A few minutes later the company payman club email me asking for a security deposit of 150 above and beyond the booking fee which I have already authorised mind you to get the booking confirmed. The next email is they wanted an online indemnity form completed and they also wanted an upload of a photo ID. Without this, the booking would not actually be complete and I would have lost my preauthorised apartment booking fee. I have never had to do this for other much better apartments let alone at a 5 star hotel and I have stayed at plenty via work and for personal trips. I only went through with this as it was a last minute decision to stay in Stratford Avon for work otherwise I would have cancelled the booking at the first email from payman club. 2. The Apartments are at best a 5/10 on cleanliness. They are just not clean enough all round and you feel like you will catch something when you jump in the shower or in bed. 3. The Apartment did not have a microwave oven nor kettle! I would expect these basics in an apartment as let's be frank, not everyone wants to use the hob or the oven to cook a full meal in an apartment, especially when only staying for 2 nights and working out and about during the day. 4. This is the exciting bit! I walked into the apartment the following day and found an eviction notice on the floor addressed to payman club. I mean come on! Imagine you have booked your holiday stay at whatever resort and the hotelier gets eviction notices?! It raised my eyebrow thinking nowonder the place is not clean as they obviously do not look after it and do not pay whoever they need to pay to operate in that property! I have a picture of the notice but will not post it hear for confidentiality reasons and some respect I suppose I have for myself.

  : Lovely 2 bedroom apartment with lounge/kitchen/diningroom. Decent size fridge, washing machine/dryer, microwave. Equipment to cook meals. Beds very comfy. Great location to centre of town, literally minutes walk. About 10min walk from station. Emails given re access codes and where to find key for apartment.
  : No kettle or forks but plenty of everything else. Email re kettle was answered fairly quickly but l had to access the key safe for another apartment, unlock and enter that, grab the kettle and lock up and return key. Only took 5min to do but annoying. Walls very thin so the party next door kept most of the building up until 2am until another tenant and I confronted them. Though this wasn't the fault of management. Building is leased by students though l wasn't aware of this.
