: Such a comfortable home from home, plenty of space for 10 of us. Amazing kitchen with everything you would need to prep and serve a house full. Downstairs bedroom with en suite was really great for our elder family members.Open fire was a real treat for all and the tennis court a great bonus for the more able. All for a very reasonable price. Thank you.
: There are a couple of small steps which caught out a couple of the more senior family members, a minor note, just because I can't find anything else to fault

: Plenty of parking space for four cars. Beautiful setting and very spacious, airy rooms downstairs. The kitchen was well equipped and had a large table perfect for family gathering. Great garden space for everyone to enjoy. Perfectly located for visiting Stratford upon Avon. We had cars. Not sure about bus services but as the property is located adjacent to a main road these may be available or use a taxi service for the 10 minute drive into Stratford. We loved how it felt like a family home.Quirky property upstairs. Staircase from hallway leads to a large bedroom with en suite and a small bedroom which has another door off it to another landing with two more bedrooms and family bathroom. From this landing there is another staircase leading down to the ground floor utility and shower room and a twin bedroom (which then leads to the kitchen). To reach the downstairs living accommodation it is necessary for those in the family bathroom wing to either walk through the upstairs single room or through the downstairs twin so that was a little awkward. If, of course, the single bedroom and/or downstairs twin are not in use, there is no issue. Very, very friendly neighbour who was on hand to help if needed. The tennis court onsite and trampoline in the garden were a great bonus. We had a lovely stay.
: A couple of things, but they wouldn't stop me staying again...flushing the macerator loo in the family bathroom at night is to be avoided so as not to wake anyone and the hum of the traffic whilst in the garden. (The tranquility can be found in the house).
