  : Everything was off, so cold and damp. Once we got the heating working it then broke down so very cold. Heating was fixed the next day.Poor decorative state. Double glazing blown.Mould in bathroom, along with stained threadbare carpet. Bedroom carpets marked.Paint work battered, walls marked, damp stains and cracks filled and painted over not matching wall paint.Window roller blinds stained.Furnishings has seen better days ( that is being kind). Lampshades old and dusty furniture marked.No thought given to paying guests.Kitchen full of owners utensils, cookery books too much stuff everywhere. Kitchen Table and chairs stained and marked, table mats well worn.Rural location but not quiet!!!Outside table and chairs old and seen better days, no attempt to make outside appealing.Blind Exit on to fast road on a straight stretch so cars.I have photos as evidence.

  : The property was very convenient for what we wanted to do. Easy access to the property and well set up. We wouldnt call it a cosy place where you snuggle up in front of TV but OK. We love to bbq so a small Weber would have been good

  : The public footpath behind property through fields
  : The property can not have been cleaned before we arrived there were 3 dead wasp in the bathroom and a dead fly in living room. Generally property tiered could do with a spruce up. Not a cosy cottage. Kettle doesnt seal over hanging draft excluders dangerous. Front door key intermediate so used back door. Even though requested high chair was not there. Very little fire wood left.

  : the shower was abysmal - beds uncomfortable - no bread knife or large chipping knife- no outside area or view

  : There was no toilet paper provided - Im sure this was a temporary lapse. Very noisy as it was situated on a very busy road.
