  : Very nice room with bay window. Comfortable bed and good shower. Pool and spa clean and well maintained. Good location next to an excellent beach. Valet parking very efficient and well organised.
  : Service was horrendous, ignored for long periods by waiting staff, staff not friendly. Very slow and made errors. Long wait for food. We paid over £300 a night but still had to pay £20 extra for breakfast. Lots of unhappy customers complaining about poor service, some very upset people shouting leading to an awkward atmosphere. Cobwebs in room, stained towels, chipped bowls at breakfast.

  : I had an absolutely delightful stay at your establishment. The **comfortable bed** provided a restful night's sleep, and the **breakfast and dinner** were both delicious and satisfying. The in-room **TV** offered a wide range of channels, providing entertainment at my fingertips.The **spa**, **steam room**, and **pool** were exceptional, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation. The **amazing sea views** added a touch of serenity to my stay, making it even more memorable.What truly set my experience apart, however, was the **friendly staff**. In particular, I would like to commend **Daisy**, the deputy manager. Her customer-centric approach was evident in every interaction, and she went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I would also like to give a special shout-out to **Chantelle**, the spa manager. Her helpful and friendly demeanor made my spa experience truly remarkable.Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience. I look forward to my next visit.
  : While my overall experience at your hotel was enjoyable, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The route from the **St Ives station** to the **Harbour hotel** was quite steep, which made it challenging to navigate with holiday suitcases. A lift from the bottom of the station to the street level would greatly enhance the accessibility and convenience for visitors to the hotel.Additionally, the unavailability of **Uber taxi drivers** was a bit frustrating. Having a reliable and convenient transportation option would significantly improve the experience for guests who are unfamiliar with the local transportation system.Lastly, the **lift within the hotel** could benefit from an upgrade. Its old-style design requires both the internal and outside doors to be closed before it can move from any floor. This can be confusing and inconvenient for guests. An upgrade to a more modern and user-friendly lift system would greatly enhance the guest experience.I hope these suggestions are helpful and look forward to seeing these improvements on my next visit.   : Hotel itself was lovely. Amazing views from breakfast. Staff were very pleasant.Bar area was nice with an outside area with good views.If everything is well, the swimming pool is good (but there was a problem with the heating of it while we were there).Free gin in the room!
  : The only windows in our room were high up so we weren't able to see outside at all.The rooms aren't cheap so it was a bit disappointing that you only got a continental breakfast and had to pay extra for a cooked breakfast.The swimming pool was lovely on our first visit but the second time we went there it was much colder and the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were closed.
