: Nant Ucha farm is located in a very quiet area. There is plenty of hard standing parking for guests. The cottages are well maintained, clean and warm with nice large towels provided in the bathroom with a shower gel and shampoo dispenser in the cubicle. The kitchen area of the one we stayed in was basic but was adequate for our stay. There is no hob, just a hotplate if needed.
: The farm is located up a fairly steep hill (with potholes) and very few passing places so be prepared to reverse if needs be, farm vehicles are bigger than the average car!! The lane leading into the farm itself is again pretty steep so care required to navigate. Fresh eggs, tea, coffee, biscuits and a small jug of milk are provided but felt that perhaps a small loaf of bread and some butter would have been a welcome extra. The bed was termed as a "captains bed" and thus only accessible by climbing up three steps onto the mattress.. .so slightly difficult to get in and out of. You are also requested to strip the bed before you depart which is fine but difficult due to the accessibility as previously described.

: Spotlessly clean, everything provided. Location was picturesque but very remote.
: Downstairs was cold, even with heating on full, so retreated upstairs to keep warm and kept curtains closed longer than necessary for insulation. More off grid than I expected, cars hurtling towards me on a track only wide enough for one vehicle made the approach feel unsafe, especially in bad weather when tracks were muddy and slippy. Edited to add: I dont know why people are so defensive in their response. It comes across as unprofessional. I asked to rebook my stay as I was having trouble finding pet friendly properties and since you werent a fan of my dog being anxious and unsettled and were abrupt in your communications, we then decided this wasnt the place for us.
