  : It was all pretty good. Breakfast on site would have been nice . Access up M275 from west is difficult as you have to go quite a distance up to Eastleigh Airport turn off in order to turn round & come all the way back again!

  : We put the postcode into our sat nav thinking that directions were for people who did not have it. The postcode was nowhere near the hotel. We spent an hour driving round until we found the hotel. I mentioned this to the receptionist who said yes lots of people have the same problem, she said if you look at the directions it tells you to ignore the postcode. I asked if it would be a good idea to change the postcode on the booking confirmation, she smiled and said yes. I cannot believe in this day and age that a wrong postcode can continually be sent out.

  : Great location for our stay over, to go to paultons park/peppa pig World (5-10 mins drive away)Friendly, knowledgeable receptionist, giving us good information on places to eat in the evening,. (The Vine Pub, next door to Paultons ParkClean tidy room
  : No TV guide on the TV, have to manually input channels on remote, and find Internet TV guidePillows were hard, need new softer pillowsHotel only accessible from one side of motorway, coming back from paultons park/peppa pig World , you have to drive past hotel and turnaround at the next junction (J5)

  : It was absolutely filthy. There was banging ALL night long. It was freezing cold and the bed was so uncomfortable.

  : It was unclear you couldn't have a shower because of the Dirt. On the shower head. Flooring coming away in the bathroom. Beds were made but they wasn't clean it was run down you had missing Ceiling Tiles. In the hallways.Bed Horrible uncomfy.Then, at 12 AM, you had people shouting and fighting in the next room. You couldn't find any staff you rang. Twice on the phone, when they did pick up. I reported it, lady said she hasn't heard anything So she walks up to the rooms Knocks on the door to tell them to keep it down bott, that didn't happen.And it carried on. If I could upload the video on hare I would have done.The rooms how they will laid out. We're okay, and Tv work and did have free wifi and free parking. Sadly, I should have took photos of the dirt in the shower and the flooring coming up and on the bed but didn't I couldn't sleep so in the end. I left and I would not go back there again.
