  : Pubic hairs in the down stairs bathroom and upstairs in the back bedroom bed, stained sheets in the upstairs front bedroom, no extra bed delivered which had been requested. WIFI didn’t work, no hot water and very cold

  : I liked that the apartment was spacious, had two toilets and a yard. The bedding was clean and the kitchen clean and functional. Any issues I had were addressed straight away, if not fixed. There was a good supply of toilet roll and the towels were of a decent quality and clean. The kitchen was stocked with basic crockery, glassware and cutlery.
  : The lock on the front door would not lock from the outside without force, which meant I did not want go out for fear of snapping the key in the lock - this was fixed at 09:30 the following morning. Both toilet seats moved when you sat on them. The kitchen scissors did not work and the shower dial is opposite of the icons and tepid when worked out which was hot. The yard has junk dumped in it and the back door is extremely hard to lock. When people come down the stairs from the above apartments, the stairs are in the front room and the corridor to the side of the bedroom so able to hear everyone coming and going, even with people being quiet. I think the owner would benefit from spending a couple of days/nights there and see what they are offering as accommodation. The apartment is budget but you can get a B&B for the same price and not be a prisoner for a night and know everything is working properly and if it’s not there is someone to fix it there.

  : We were with 3 kids . Unfortunately there was no apartment for us available till 7PM . We slept in one double bed and single sofa . Very dirty and dumpt place .we were charged full price and this stay was the worst I've ever experienced .
