  : Great location with friendly bar staff. Pub downstairs is excellent for drinks. Great choice of wines. The residents bar was a big hit. Room very clean with plently of space. Shower was excellent.
  : Room very noisy due to kitchen extractor fan that went on from 8am until 11pm. When complained was told "it's a pub. All the rooms are noisy". Food overpriced and mediocre. Breakfast was awful. My husband ordered the vegetarian breakfast, which was stone cold. In fact the breakfast was so bad that even though it was included, we went elsewhere the next morning. My husband again complained about this but the staff just said "oh".

  : Cleanliness of rooms, fan was a great addition. Very accommodating staff, rearranged things so we could stay another night. Excellent food, great value for money. Beer garden very good with its own bar.

  : Residence lounge. The bar was good.
  : The original room was over the kitchen and there was a constant noise from the extractor fan. It was small and dark. We asked to move to another room, which was still noisy from the fan but a much better size room.We ate in the restaurant and ordered a small bottle of Prosecco costing £10. When my friend opened it, it poured over the top. We asked for a replacement bottle and were told it would cost another £10! We said this was totally unacceptable as it wasn’t our fault. The restaurant manager handled the situation really badly and everyone was looking at us. In the end my husband suggested that we pay £5 and reluctantly the manager agreed. Surely she should have apologised and given it to us free. It totally spoiled our evening.

  : Superb food, breakfast and dinner.Massive comfy bed and great bathroom - with a bath.
  : Could have done with a bigger fan as was very hot in our room. There were 2 small fans and the weather was very hot.Due to it being brilliant the car park was full and very tight.
