  : Comfy bed and pillows, great for food and drink, easy check in, helpful staff
  : The room was way too hot but no signs of any heating switched on? (the weather was warm but not hot in fact outside was a nice cool temperature compared to tropical heat inside) the room provided a fan (no aircon) but the fan had a very short lead and no plug points were in the bedroom, the plug points were in the dressing room side of the room which had a wall dividing it. The heat was unbearable, only two restricted windows opened. The whole of the hotel was overly hot yet the pub area had aircon which was great. For an overnight stay the room would of been great, it had no view and the windows were screen covered for privacy all of which I could ignore, but the heat spoilt our stay and we could almost say was stifling and hard to breathe, we definitely could not sleep . Such a shame I hope they resolve the issue

  : I had a large room with a good sized ensuite. The check in and check out was easy. There is no lift but this was advertised in advance. The room was quiet with the window shut. Meals were good and cheap (it's a Weatherspoons). Handy to the town centre.
  : Perfectionists would say the carpets and decor are dated, but for the normal traveller they are fine.

  : Couldn't sleep at all well for three nights as noise from the street below was VERY LOUD every night!
