This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that a valid photo ID in the form of a driving licence or passport will be required of the lead booker. A copy of this needs to be sent to the property at least 24 hours prior to the arrival date. Full names and nationalities of all guests will also be required.

Please note that early check-in and late check-out at 13:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 20, subject to availability and prior agreement. All early/late requests will only be confirmed on the day of check-in/out.

Please note that the property has a strict no-smoking policy. A smoking fine of GBP 250 will be charged if any trace of smoking is found in the property. The same charge of GBP 250 will apply if guests are found tampering with the fire and smoke alarms.

Please note that 100% payment is required for all bookings made within 14 days of the arrival date. A 50% deposit is required for all bookings of 7 or more nights made more than 14 days of the arrival date.

Please note that the minimum age of the lead guest is 25 years. All guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a guest over the age of 25. Children under the age of 10 can stay for free.

Please note that quiet hours apply at the property from 22:00 to 07:00 and guests must refrain from excessive noise. If this rule is violated, guests may be asked to leave immediately with no refunds.
