: One of the showers did not work and we could of done with a few more facilities I.e a hover, a BBQ (the ad says it comes with one) and a few more kitchen essentials.

: This is an attractive, spacious 3 bedroom house in a quiet area with a pleasant, well-laid out small rear garden, ideal for relaxing. Its proximity to motorways is very good (though far enough away not to hear them at all) and it would be ideal for visiting nearby National Trust properties. Brands Hatch is also only a couple of miles away, if you're interested in that type of experience. Our family live in South East London and this was an excellent location from which to drive to that area, using the A20.Oak Lodge is very modern and bright, with a fully fitted kitchen and two lovely bathroom/shower rooms. The main bedroom upstairs has a balcony with chairs for sitting out and relaxing. The TV and Wifi are excellent and Netflix is provided. It was nice to find that milk was in the fridge on our arrival and coffee capsules were provided for the Nescafé machine. It was particularly helpful that the instruction manuals for the various pieces of kitchen equipment were in the information file. The house was spotlessly clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.
: Unfortunately, on our first morning the boiler had shut down due to low pressure, so no hot water or heating was working. However, we reported this immediately and it was resolved by the time we returned after our day out. There were no further problems with it. The WifI information provided to us pre-arrival was incorrect and appeared to relate to a Wifi router which didn't exist in the property. We found the correct information at the property in the information booklet. Unfortunately, there was a typo in that password but we checked on the back of the Sky router and were able, then, to input the correct letter string. We would suggest the provision of a cafétiere, as an additional option for making coffee.
