  : The property was small in size but it was cozy. The kitchen had everything needed such as big pots and pans. Beds were clean and clean towels were given. The property was quite closer to York city with quick access to busses that goes to York city.
  : We booked this house for 7 adults but only 6 beds were there and there were no additional beddings. There was a sofa bed but the sofa was not clean. It had spillage with white residue which made it uncomfortable to sleep on it. There was a washing machine but its inside wasnt clean so we had to clean it before using.

  : All bedrooms were a great size.
  : Quite a small living space, if you are going to be spending time in property then there isn't a lot of room. Staircase is very steep, it was fine for us but if you have any mobility issues the stairs would be a problem.

  : Located near shops. On-street parking was okay. Size of property good. Heating worked well.
  : Sofa bed was broken. Did not/could not use- actually had my son stay in nearby hotel instead of at the property! My daughter left the next morning as we'd arrived early pm - weather was bad and it was too dangerous to drive further, otherwise she would have left that evening. Beds x2 doubles lumpy and squeeky - falling apart. Used scratch card left on the table, old fishsticks (opened!) left in the fridge. Kitchen poorly stocked - no cooking utensils, wine glasses, insufficient cutlery etc. Side tables in bedroom wobbly - legs loose. Bath plug didn't seal - young grandson couldn't bathe. Cigarette butts at back of property. This property is in dire need of maintenance and a really good clean.

  : Locations was excellent, it was a short walk to where we were working so had no reason to drive. The accommodation was welcoming and clean. All the rooms were of a good standard and the kitchen was clean.

  : Lights on sensors, heating kept switching off so very cold. Only one teaspoon between three of us. Hob kept switching off. Beds very worn
