  : Location is great, edge of town, set back from road so zero road noise. Unit is a good size and solid build. (No paper thin walls). Sofa bed turned out to be a proper double bed which folded against the wall. A nice surprise and less hassle than a sofa bed. Sofas were comfortable and excellent condition. Kitchen was well stocked except only 1 oven shelf!! Not great when we had guests and were cooking dinner for 5.
  : Hard beds? Why is everyone choosing hard mattresses these days? Im finding its happening everywhere. Gives me backache. Not good. We would stay there again but only for a short stay. I could not sleep on that mattress for 2 weeks. The shower is AWFUL!! When everything was so good its a disappointment when the shower is pathetic. Water pressure was very low upstairs. Needed to turn the basin tap 3 turns before a drip came out. We travelled earlier than expected due to bad weather and struggled to contact the owner as it was a weekend and the contact number is an answerphone. We emailed and got a reply saying someone would phone us in an hour. Didnt happen. We then received another email saying unit was ready for us. When you are away a phone call is preferable to an email due to WiFi/roaming issues. Once we arrived on site trying to identify the units was difficult as the numbers are tucked inside the porches. It was necessary to park and check the numbers on foot.

  : I liked all the things l've mentioned. Having a nice big television. It was nice and peaceful and easy to get good rest in a very comfortable bed. Good parking and within easy access to town
  : I missed not having some kind of reception when l arrived l think if l were arriving from another country l might want to ask a few questions about things but here there was no one only 'phone no.

  : Location was great, within easy reach of town centre and routes out of town.
  : Signage could be clearer. We ended up in the private residential area initially, only finding our apartment after wandering around on foot.

  : It was warm, clean& very quiet.- very close to a local shop- useful as we didnt have a car. Use of the leisure facilities at the parent hotel was very useful but a 25 minute walk away down hill & up on return - still very pleasant to go for a swim.
  : The Wi-Fi was not totally reliable but a quick phone call to the linked hotel soon put it on again

  : Clean, bright, airy and comfortable. Handy local shop. Housekeeping every few days.
  : DVD was not connected to the TV (no lead). Unable to use Netflix on the TV. Kitchen could do with a strainer/colander. Not much of a patio/bbq/sitting out area. Would have been nice to have some tourist information (ie a map of Jersey and/or St Helier) in the property on arrival.

  : The communication beforehand was excellent and the property really easy to find. The location was excellent and the facilities exactly what we need for our stay. The biscuits, milk, tea, coffee and cereal were a really nice welcoming gift. The rooms were spacious and there was plenty of drawers and wardrobes for clothing which meant we could really settle in.
