  : Our bathroom was so dated. A bath with a shower, which was attached to the taps and hung on the wall. Unable every day to fully turn the taps off, as so old and valves stuck.Rang the manager who was very dismissive, the sink was in the bedroom. The bathroom had mould everywhere. Very disappointing

  : Location was excellent, a short walk to everything, bus stop, convenience store and a big choice of bars and restaurants. It was just set back from busy main street and it was quiet and quaint. Nice old properties on a cobbled street.
  : We must have had the smallest room ever, albeit with a good view of bay and harbour. There was just room to walk past the end of the bed to the other side of the room. Because it was so small it was extremely hot at night, the small fan provided helped but frankly there was no air circulating. It had a window which was open 24/7 but the room was unbearable in the hottest weather of the year it seems. The open window was directly above the smoking area on the small terrace, so smoke blew in. Why have a smoking area at all these days? The street was just as close as the terrace. The bathroom was tired, flaking paint, some mould and a shower which remained hot, on any other trip you would not want cold water in your shower but it would have been a relief from the heat. I seen water pressure blamed for the poor showers but the pressure was good in the hot and cold taps in the sink? Breakfasts which every one was raving about were poor in our opinion. No fruit, except a few bananas, no yoghurt except a shared pot left out in the warm room. Cereals were 1970s Kellogg's variety packs, (not from 1970) so choice was limited. You expect better choice and better presentation for the price. The cooked breakfast was cooked to order, so plus points there. It took an age as the there were 10 rooms all having breakfast within a short window of time. Quality was adequate.
