  : Buffet Breakfast Offering was good. Restaurant Manager Leo was superb always happy to meet and greet of a morning. Cleaning standards throughout the hotel were excellent. Reception always manned by pleasant staff. We requested a twin room with seaview and balcony which was perfect and just as we asked for. TV in the room provided for satellite channels. Lounge areas pleasant and fresh. Pool/s and gardens - lovely layout & a huge plus for this hotel. Free on site parking.Location of the Hotel is perhaps the best on the Island & near to bus stops and a short distance to the shops in Red Houses.
  : The buffet sytle doesn't fit with the standard of the hotel, at busy times it was frustrating and annoying. Many guests moaned about it. Thought the decor of the restaurant was old and tired. The chairs uncomfortable and carpets very worn. Restaurant staff were lacking in customer interaction and appeared to be sad and serious. Pool area could also do with an upgrade of furniture and cushions were tatty. On each visit the area around the kiddies pool was littered with plant foilage from the trees which spoiled the appearance and only required sweeping up! Plant debris in both pools yet pool attendant hardly had much to do! Indoor pool unavailable for our whole holiday due to equipment failure - disappointing. Bedrooms are pleasant but given the price per night lacking with no A/C, no fridge, no mini bar, no seperate shower. Room service is expensive especially when adding in the hated Tray charge of £5!

  : Location on the stunning beach was stunning along with the breakfast being either buffet style or menu. Either were very good. Bus stops right our side hotel and there are two or three excellent restaurants on the beach if you fancy a change. We didn't eat dinner in the Hotel as we believe in enjoying the location we visit...
  : Was disappointed that some adults and their children were allowed into the dining room in their night clothes or dressing gown. Reception confirmed that shouldn't happen but it does. This isn't Butlins and the Italian Head Waiter should have done something about that - perhaps hang a sign with the dress code, but certainly not admit them....

  : Not worth the price. Not a 5 star service.The pool was cold while, when I enquired with the reception before booking, I have been told that it is a heated pool.

  : Beautiful location, in front of St Brelade’s Bay.
  : No A/C, difficult to sleep… bad for a 4 stars hotel.Too much noisy, I could hear the TV in the room above. My room was next to the health club, so all day children were running in front of my room.

  : Evening entertainment a bit staid - though clientele was of an older demographic. nice to see extended family parties. pity not much sun.
