  : The beds were very comfortable, ideal location and great views. Also, great tea and coffee selection in the room. The staff were also very nice as well.
  : Very outdated hotel. The ceiling was very low in the bathroom, so ended up hitting our heads on the ceiling multiple times. No shower, only a bath which was annoying. When we arrived around 10pm there was a pub quiz in the bar below, we could hear it word for word in our room which was above it. Carpet wasn’t clean. We expressed this to the lady on reception upon check out. She was lovely though! This hotel has so much potential but needs a good revamp.

  : walked through door to find boxes of files everywhere, were greeted curtiousley but the area was very scruffy. building work going on was fine, but had taken out the firness facilities. the dinner menu was very limited to choice. The holiday home park was part of the hotel with not enough space at night for hotel guests, had our meal and could not get a seat, so went to our room 2030, the second night just stayed in dinning room, kids running about in bar area and staff seeming to be having a party too. The final straw was breakfast 0800 start we were in the dinning room at 8 with another gentleman, no sign of any staff at all 0830 a couple came in with there bags as they had to leave and wanted to pay their account, they phoned the out of hours number, this took some time as the mobile reception was not good they were told they would not be long, after 10 min none had arrived and they left the key with the Gentleman, we had to leave by 0900 so decided just to get our bags and go. On our way down the stairs we were greeted and said did we want breakfast as it would not take long, we said no as we had to leave. We did have problems in our room but the lady on reception did sort it the second day, however overall definatly not somewhere we would recommend, their focus is on the holiday home site and guests in hotel are just a bounus. The site for too big for the facilities in hotel.

  : The staff were superb. On arrival we were welcomed and really made to feel welcomed. We had to leave early before the planned breakfast start time. The chef came in early just to cook us an early breakfast. The rooms were very good.I can really recommend this stay. Top class.
