  : We'll equipped and self contained apartment with everything you need for a short or long stay. Useful additions such as washing tablets would make a stay that bit easier. Would certainly recommend!
  : A few signs of wear and tear around the property, needs a little touch up for some bits of decoration and cupboard doors

  : The location really is excellent, just minutes away from the South Ruislip tube and train station. Two grocery stores and plenty of restaurants are also within walking distance. The flat is spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a kitchen and TV room. One nice big TV with streaming services as well. There is a decent selection of cooking pans and one small fry pan. Tea, coffee, sugar, and creamer, as well as jam and small boxes of cereals were also provided which was a nice touch.
  : The flat needs a coat of paint and additional cleaning. Ledges are dusty, the showers were very unclean. There is no type of mattress cover on the beds, just a very thin sheet, which I find completely disgusting. Theres no air conditioning, and only one fan was supplied, which was disgustingly dirty, this made for a very tough two weeks with the hot temperatures. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy and is very loud. We could regularly smell people smoking marijuana. New apartments right behind the flat are noisy at all times of day. In addition, the RAF has private jets flying right over your roof at all times of the day, and it is very loud, especially when you need to keep the windows open because it is so hot. The outside grounds are littered with trash and weeds and we expected to see rats picking at the garbage which was laying on the ground (get bigger or multiple dumpsters.) It would have been nice if they supplied a large frying pan, I ended up buying one, and a flyswatter. I also ran all the silverware and dishes through the dishwasher prior to use because they looked dirty. I also think it would be helpful to label some items in the kitchen, surprisingly, it took us forever to find the freezer and the frying pans underneath the stove. The oven would not work until I realized you had to turn on a master switch on the other side of the room. The couch is becoming worn and needs to be cleaned, pull it out to a bed and look underneath and see all the dirt from other guests. This is far from a luxury apartment as advertised. We made due, but I would certainly never return.

  : Location. General look and feel. Spacious. Two bathrooms! Secure.
  : Musty smell in one of the bathrooms. I suspect the previous resident smoked in there? A few small issues including not being able to locate the permit. Awkward parking space.

  : I reported bad smells in bedsheets, rooms etc on the first day itself, bedsheets were replaced after one night and one day, still smell was persistent and stay was very unpleasant. We found big sliders in the main bedroom near the bed, our three year old son was terrified by this incident, we reported all these matter but nothing done by the management company, we hoped they will compensate all these issues but nothing was done by them. There were broken plates etc.. I have attached few pictures
