  : Very close to the railway line so with the excellent byfold doors open on the balcony it was very loud. With the windows shut it was quite enough

  : Awful!! I would not recommend. The staff are not helpful at all. The lift was not working for two days. Basically made me out to be a liar when I spoke to them about it and kept saying it was fixed although I took videos and photos. Terrible location. You can hear trains and very hot in there. Windows do not open! Awful experience and would not recommend! Do not bother staying here!!

  : Elevator issues. Incompatible cooking pans for the induction hob. Filthy blackened iron and board. Kettle was full of limescale inside and out. The metal drainer was rusty. Safety issues with windows. They were either locked or handle was broken off, so inadequate ventilation given the time of year. Only 1 fan provided for 2 bedrooms. We could not open windows in either bedroom. No lock on the bathroom door. No sink plug and the bath was very slippy and dangerous to use. The 'so called shower' was also inadequate. The general cleanliness of this 'so called' "Luxury" apartment left a lot to be desired. Cobwebs in lounge area, and balcony which had a small table (no chairs) and a dead plant and swarming with flies which meant we couldn't open balcony door for ventilation. Holes in dining chairs and also in the sofa....We arrived at this property on Friday 28th July, on Saturday 29th the only lift left working broke down. Myself, partner and elderly parents both in their 80s were housed on the 5th floor.On contacting the emergency number, the agent advised this was not on their 'emergency list' and I would have to pay a call out fee for an engineer...Several frustrating phone calls later I was assured someone would get back to me, which never happened. I was at this point concerned about my parents. When we returned later on that evening we found the lift to be working. These premises have 2 lifts, only 1 was working until it broke down. The lift panel buttons were also missing from the lift and also from floor 5. To add insult to injury they held on to my 375 deposit for 21 working days. This should have been returned a lot sooner.I always check reviews when booking places to stay. Judging by the photos on the website I feel that the photos were staged and nothing like the apartment I was given. This is by far the worst place I have ever booked through booking.

  : No interaction with the staff. Had an issue with lack of bedding for sofa bed but couldnt reach a staff member. Was weekend, seems staff were off and uncontactable. Furnishings were of poor quality. Apt seems more suited to 3 people than the 4 we had.

  : Staff were quite helpful, especially Alexis. She made the stay very comfortable and helped resolve any issue promptly.Apartment was clean and quiet. In addition, the location is exceptional as it is just a few minutes walk to the train station and shopping center.
  : There were times when the heater had issues, and there just wasn't any hot water.Could do with a bit more ventilation as only one window opens. The apartment was quite hot as there is no air conditioning.

  : Good location as there were many places to eat. Apartment was clean.
  : Air-conditioning was not working and we couldn't open the windows for ventilation. As it can get stuffy at night, we had to open the balcony door which meant the passing trains were very noisy and constantly disturbed our sleep.
