  : Lovely hosts! Accommodation was clean and inviting as well as being private, with lots of space for our dog to run around. We also enjoyed the al fresco cooking and tranquil atmosphere. The accommodation is walking distance to a great pub (The Boat) which offered a warm welcome and lovely food. There are also lots of walks in the area and Hayton is also close to Clumber Park and Lincoln if you fancied venturing further a field (30 mins drive).
  : More glasses and crockery could have been provided (we made pancakes but in a breakfast bowl) but this is only a very minor point.
