  : Nothing except it looked lovely from the outside.
  : The room was a mess. The bathroom was filthy. The shower didn’t work. Breakfast was awful. No one was even around to help! All we had was a bowl of cereal (there was 2 choices). No cold drink. Just tea or coffee. The bread was a seeded stale loaf. No jam, etc. In fact there wasn’t even enough cutlery. I had to wash my spoon for my son!

  : Everything was terrible. Staff tried their best with what they had, but the room was awful it smelt terrible.The bed was sloped and very uncomfortable. The toilet sounded like it was going to fall through the floor when flushed. The toilet door was sliding and made a loud scraping noise when closing. Very uncomfortable stay. Really would not recommend.

  : The rooms are nothing like the photos. They are grubby and out dated. When we arrived in our room we actually searched how much we would cost pay to stay somewhere else. Another £190.We were that close to leaving. We decided to stay though. As we were too late to get a refund. We only had 1 pillow each which was very thin. They only have 4 extra pillows for the rest of the hotel and they had already been taken. (Well done those who got them) We heard 3 lads leaving, one said he had better conditions when he was in prison!!!? It is so run down and run on the cheap. How it is allowed to run as a hotel is beyond me. The windows open right up so not safe for children (that was just the first floor) they could do so much with this place. If people still book they will still get their money. There is so much more I could say but I hope you get the picture. Definitely in need of the hotel inspector.

  : Very noisy - kept awake half the night by reception talking to guests (which was next to our room) and loud banging from rooms above. We had to get up at 4:30 so it had a real negative impact on us. Pillows were horrible - very thin and only 1 provided (I asked for more and they found 1 extra). Bathroom was mouldy.

  : the setup is nice. The bathroom is nice (share bathroom), would be nice a bit more cleaning and a chair to leave your cloths while you are showering.
  : The room was very dusty which gave us a lot of allergies and we were coughing all night. The breakfast, I would say, would be best if they don't serve it. It's not only almost empty it's a very dirty place. Definitely, a family lives there. We where sick all nigh which resulted in very little sleep and feeling very poorly the next day.
