  : Very comfortable, great team, great food.
  : Only issue was the wifi which tended to drop off or be stuck buffering ordinary web pages(not videos or films) possibly because we were on the top floor and/or, as we were told, because the hotel is situated in a bay. The wifi seemed to work fine downstairs in the bar/ restaurant

  : The breakfast was lovely as was the lady who served us every morning. She started our morning off with a smile and helped us with anything we needed. The location was great as the bus stop was literally opposite the hotel which allowed us to travel to all parts of the Isle. We saw seals from the hotel and we had a beautiful sea view from our bed. The bathroom was great and the shower had great water pressure, had a shower or bath almost every night we stayed! The food was great as were the staff and the facilities. So cozy and welcoming I can't thank them enough for such a lovely stay! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!
  : There is barely anything to fault at this hotel as it was so welcoming and cozy and the staff were very sociable and helpful. One of the things I would change would be the bacon at breakfast (very minor thing to change) although the breakfast was lovely and I had it every morning, it was tough some days and having braces made it harder to eat it sadly. But it was still lovely and didn't stop me from ordering it every morning!

  : Very attentive, polite and efficient staff. Excellent breakfast. Good value for cost and in good position for touring area.
  : No instructions on how to use shower making it difficult to operate at first, otherwise very good in operation once that hurdle overcome. Heating in room went off about 2300 hrs and back on again about 0700 hrs, so very cold during night; however understand this was an oversight when informed staff on leaving.
