  : The bed was so comfortable,lots of plates,cutlery and main kitchen items,lots of room,towels clean all in all a pleasant stay
  : Radiator in bedroom doesn't work, we had to re wash a lot of things as they were greasy,not the most comfortable sofa, a lot of noise from the flat upstairs, a terrible draught in toilet and a strong smell of sewage when you empty the bath,need more oven trays there is only 1.

  : Although we didn't use the kitchen much as we ate out, the kitchen was like a home from home with everything & more. The little touch of coffee/sugar was very much appreciated
  : Just a couple of little things - some hooks on back of bedroom/bathroom door would be useful! The patio door was sticking but we used the WD40 to rectify. The left hand side shower door kept coming off its 'roller' & we had to be especially careful as didn't want to damage it any more. A doormat inside the front door would be great - we were very respectful & took our shoes off but would be handy inside. No light switch in communal hallway - was dark & a little dangerous leaving to go out at night although it was on when we got back so must be on a timer.

  : location close to sandbank ferry and sandy beaches. Main bed large and comfortable, tea towel and kitchen essentials provided. Parking space outside flats. quiet neighbourhood Rick Stein restaurant - upstairs lovely views over harbour
  : Lounge sofa a bit soft and hard to escape from! 30 + walk minutes to nearest shop (5 min drive)

  : Dated accommodation. Not a very looked after accommodation. No heating or hot water required to move to alternative accommodation following assessment by plumber.

  : The location location location. Could not fault this.
  : When we couldn't open the door properly was a great start.Top hinge was hanging over door so stopped us getting in. Carpet had quite alot of stains. Bedrooms bathroom and kitchen were ok but livingroom was very dull. Cigarette burns on curtains. Couch had plastic bags stuffed in them to fill out. 2 lights with with 3 out the 6 bulbs working. Open light switch in bedroom with wires exposed. Pile of dirt in corner of balcony. Shower was far too hot. We could not get it colder. Curtain pole hanging off wall.No instructions left out. Front door into flat not very secure. Tv lost signal most of the time. Tv sitting on tv unit that ubit was placed backwards. No idea why. Parking at back was chained off with nobody using it till last day. Not sure why. Think flat needing a wee bit modernisation in livingroom. The letting agent did send someone round to fix door and pole very quickly.
