  : The room was amazing. Spacious. Had everything we needed. And the bed was SO comfortable. Breakfast was superb. Excellent location. There was loud music downstairs but because we were on the top floor we couldn't really hear it. And it was Friday night so people are allowed to have fun! I loved it here.

  : The nightclub next door - out out! They are inconsiderate and rude - blasting out music until 4am. The 3 crowns is set in such a beautiful location and in my Honest opinion this nightclub needs to be moved elsewhere in the town/ or to have music finished no later than 1am

  : The location on the barbican. Breakfast was freshly cooked. (We had beans ..not always included on breakfasts !)Staff friendly . Looks to have been renovated. Greatl bar and choices, nice stting outside especially in the sun. Busy place and popular.very reasonable room rates.
  : Having to pay / find car parking, not always available especially on the barbican. Next door was a nightclub ( we did know about it ) was noisy till 2am at wknds. The room was on the top floor, which helped with the noise . The room was very warm, even though we had a fan , room was warm, thankful for a thin duvet. A kettle would be a better option rather than using the coffee machine for tea.

  : Really well done. Traditional, but modern and clean. Catered for dairy intolerance which was great. Fridge in the room- we didnt use it but really great to have. Really quiet despite being near lively pubs. Family run, really friendly. Easy walk from the train station and great location for visiting my daughter in her uni halls.
  : The sink was really slow to drain.The free toiletries were unnecessary. Would have much preferred an ocean friendly award for keeping plastic to a minimum.Would have loved fruit, nuts and yoghurt for breakfast.

  : Couldnt get the TV to work, Wi-Fi was patchy,quite a lot of noise from the busy pub downstairs

  : Was so noisy didnt realise it was so close to a noisy bar and it was so loud! Music finished at midnight but wasnt quite the quiet chilled night! But staff and room were great
