  : When we arrived the staff bent over backwards to make us feel welcomed. The reception area was very modern and comfortable my only criticism was that I didn't understand why the net curtains were purple and yellow when the theme appeared to be real and yellow. My son said it felt more homely that way rather than commercial. There were dog toys and a dog water bowl by the entrance and the food was nice and well prepared. (Please do change the sides from 'fries' to 'chips' though as fries are thinner)
  : The first thing I noticed was that we were at the reception but NOT at the accommodation. You have to travel down the slope which isn't ideal for an unaccompanied disabled wheelchair user. The option was to leave the car by the reception on a slope sideways or take the car down to the accommodation where the car would park nose up to still facilitate boot access. The slope up from the accomodation and from the carpark was very steep. The accommodation was very basic like a stereotypical American motel. The walls were thin and we had a floor above us. The double was two singles with two toppers on top and a sheet. It didn't feel like the cleanest room and I found some litter from a previous occupant whilst checking I had everything before leaving. The hygiene boards in the shower room were sealed with sealant that looks gappy, the tap stiff and I could see how tall the cleaner is. The pillows were useless so we use the spares that were in the bathroom. The 'wardrobe' hanging was also in the bathroom which isn't ideal if you have a hot shower as the room was then damp. The room smelt like musty moth balls and damp. There was only one window, no air con and a small fan in the bathroom we could have used if not using the kettle. The kettle was difficult to use because the socket was under the only openable window and the kettle was too tall to fit under the internally opening window with a 10cm cable it couldn't be put further away from the window to use. We struggled to reach the blind as the desk was in the way but the blinds were necessary for privacy. As each room has a door and window facing the carpark. It was noisy from cars, people being inconsiderate at 2am shouting as they mucked around outside on the grass, people marching in high heels along the gangway, people arguing, dogs barking and drunken shenanigans were the worst part. In the morning we woke to see bottles gathered around the bin

  : We stayed over for one night on our way to Cornwall. Spent the day in Plymouth and checked into the Hotel/Motel. We ate there for our evening meal and was very pleased with what was on offer.
  : I don't think I could criticize too much because we enjoyed our stay. More of a Motel than Hotel but that's no criticism
