  : The breakfast was lovely, and the location wonderful. Adam and Lyn were so friendly and very helpful - giving us a lift to the airport one day, for instance. They gave us any info we needed and were always ready to help out if need be. There were really nice stocks of biscuits, coffee machine etc. The beds were comfortable and the barn nice and spacious. Because of lockdown the kitchen area was cordoned off, so that they could cook breakfast - because of health restrictions these days, we could not use the kitchen or washing machine. Actually afterwards I thought it might be an idea to give guests the option of having the run of the kitchen and cooking their own breakfast - we needed to eat out each day and if we had had use of the kitchen we could have cooked and washed things ourselves. But that was just a thought after the event! And it was certainly wonderful to get their generous and delicious breakfasts cooked for us, which kept us going most of the day! We had a wonderful time exploring Westray and this gave us a comfortable and friendly base to do so. We felt really well looked after by them and had a very relaxing break.
  : Hard to criticise! I would say what I said above, that it might be an idea to consider giving guests the option of having the run of the kitchen in post-lockdown, but everything else was lovely.

  : What a treat, was greeted with fresh coffee, selection of teas ,hot choc and some Westray shortbread, we arrived earlier and lin very kindly said we could just come to the accommodation, wasnt sure as we walked to the door but once inside it is beautiful and well laid out, Covid guidelines as heated to. Jodie made us a beautiful breakfast, (thanks Jodie ) if you are thinking of visiting Westray I doubt you will find any better accommodation on the island, thank you Lin,Adam and Jodie for making us feel so welcome if we visit again. Will definitely book with you.
  : I would suggest black out curtains as that was the only reason I couldnt sleep, was light very early but thats no reflection on the Reid Hall thats just me being picky

  : It is a bit of a walk to Pieronwall where the only shops and place to eat are. I did know this when booking but something to be aware off.

  : Breakfast made exactly to order at the time you wanted each morning. Met at the door by the proprietor and shown around.
  : Can't think of anything, other than the perfectly understandable anti-Covid restrictions around the kitchen area, which we couldn't use.

  : Excellent all round. Friendly hosts, lovely converted spacious building, good selection, delicious breakfast. Large sitting area and (usually) kitchen facilities. Warm, clean, decent WiFi.
  : Tiny point for owners, a second sign to Reid Hall accommodation after your church renovation project may help arrivals by foot like us. On a wet, misty, windy day, we werent sure we were in the right place, or whether it might be undergoing building works!!!
