  : Lovely flat Good hot tub Comfy and cosy
  : Parking was a little difficult at times. The owner took a space and then had some friends stay, when we came back on a couple of occasions there wasn't anywhere to park. Enough spaces had the friends not parked there.Wanted to use the hot tub one evening and someone else had been in, contacted owner to ask her to clean it as we were instructed but she wasn't available until later on in the evening to do so.

  : Gated and secure yard for our dog to wander. Good off street parking. Friendly rep on site for any questions or help if needed.
  : Very uncomfortable. Dining chairs uncomfortable. Chair and small settee uncomfortable. Four poster bed too small and uncomfortable. Not very clean - cobwebs and dead insects on windows. Place needs a good deep clean and a refresh.

  : The location is great, and the parking is free and easy to access. The kitchen is well equipped and the bed is very comfy.
  : * I wanted a shower shortly after we arrived after a long drive. The vertical metalic pipe supporting the shower head kept falling out of its supports, the shower head vertical hold is very ineffective and keeps sliding down the vertical pipe to the bottom (when the pipe has been jammed in between its supports), & when it drops, it turns the shower head to face a different direction.* The pull-switch for the heated towel rail does light up when pulled... but, despite the indication that the towel rail is 'on'....it does not heat up (even after half an hour). Thus, the towel was cold after my frustrating shower.* A few minutes after leaving the shower, with only a handful of devices running within the flat, we were plunged into darkness... the power had apparently tripped out! Weirdly, all the trip switches were in the 'on' position!?! I tried a few options, and then the electric did come back on after turning one particular switch 'off' and then back 'on'.* When making our oven-heated evening meal a while later on, we were further disturbed and discontented to discover that the cutlery drawer was dirty/ crumby, & then, worse...the majority of the plates and other crockery was quite dirty (had not been checked before our entry to the property to make sure that the previous occupants had indeed washed up after themselves).* The final & most ongoing issue was however, the most significant one, and caused us the most inconvenience/distress while staying at The Loft!... There is little to no soundproofing between The Loft accommodation and The Stable accommodation below us. Therefore, we were aware of clearly audible noises coming from below us, even before we tried to get to sleep. From 12.45am until about 1.30am we tried to get to sleep in our lovely four-poster bed...but the sound from the television directly below our bedroom was loud enough to prevent either of us getting to sleep.
