  : On arrivalAfter getting confirmation I was met at door saying I could stay and he had booked another room about 1.5 miles away and was so disappointed the hotel is literally under building construction bathrooms finished after refurbished and not cleaned grout all over tiles still and not wiped off plasterboard dust thick along skirtings and tile panel missing out of corridor roofs honestly like a building site stil under construction when guests are staying there not good impression like

  : Motel Air was a big disappointment. As we were driving to the hotel, we realise we need to pay at the airport till in order to enter - which they never informed us about. To see whether they did, I check my booking and realise that they emailed me at 10 am of the same day saying they cancelled my booking, and booked another motel for us due unforeseen circumstances. I never received a call regarding this and the email was sent on very short notice.
  : The motel we did stay at in the end was mediocre. The reception staff lacked customer service, the rooms were clean but there was sewage smell coming from the toilet. The breakfast room was spacious, but it was mainly packed bakery, jams, and juice. It's value for money in the sense that other hotels in Glasgow centre would have cost much more, but I wouldn't say it's an enjoyful stay.

  : Nothing at all. Awful, awful place to be.
  : **PLEASE AVOID**Staff were very ignorant and extremely unpleasant. The place is full of immigrants. The floor I was on smelt strongly of cannabis and the stairwells smelt extremely strongly of gas. There was old, dried blood near to my toilet which told me that the hygiene standards were non-existent. When I complained about the drug use and the blood in my bathroom I was sniggered at and told that it's not life threatening but we will look into the issues. 4 days later, drug use is still happening every night and the blood was never cleaned up. Absolutely filthy from top to bottom. This is not a place you want to be staying, at all, ever.Spend your money elsewhere.

  : HOMELESS SHELTER - NOT A HOTEL. As per many other reviews seen online since, we arrived to what looked like a drug dealer behind a baron reception telling us you room is damaged you have to go to this hotel. We hoped itd be better so left and arrived at my motel to be greeted by a prison. No branding, no signage, no tripadvisor, just a few reviews all echoing the same concern on google. We spent the first hour googling any other hotel in Glasgow but due to an event on at hampden we couldnt secure one anywhere close by. Room STANK, human hairs all over bedding, clearly very vulnerable people trying to break in to our room all night, slept in our clothes until we had enough at 5am it was so bad. Only wanted somewhere basic to stay the night before a flight from the airport. Id honestly rather have slept in my car. Receptionist didnt even ask how it was on leaving, probably avoided the inevitable response. On telling her as politely as we could, she confirmed it was actually a homeless shelter and people dont normally pay to stay there. I think the original Motel Air was the same story anyway. Absolute disgrace theyre allowing paying guests to stay here. Asked for a refund and gave all of my details yet over a week later not a peep, as expected to be fair. Unreal. Avoid at all costs!!!

  : The hotel we had been moved too - the smoking booth which was in use up to 02:30hrs was noisy and below our bedroom window although we were on the third floor.The cooked breakfast we were promised was none existent.

  : On arrival we were told the hotel was actually full and as such we were to be accommodated in another hotel about 5 miles away.Staff were very unhelpful,refusing to book a taxi for us to get to the other hotel.

  : When we arrived at the location they told us that we would have to go to another motel because they were doing maintenance. If that was the case, why were their facilities even on booking.com
