Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist.
Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), please ensure that you are only booking this property following the local government guidelines of the destination, including but not limited to the purpose of travel, and maximum allowed group size.
A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Guests are required to send a photo identification and credit card before check-in, along with the completed registration form that the property will send to shortly after booking. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please note that this property is strictly non-smoking. Anyone found or evidence of smoking inside will be fined GBP 100 as an additional cleaning charge.

Kindly note that guests are not permitted to use hair dye or fake tan in the rooms. Additionally, towels should not be used to remove make up.

Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability and by prior arrangement only. From GBP 15 per hour depending on the time required.

For safe and security reasons candles, portable heaters, smoking indoors, overloading of sockets, or any faulty electrical item are prohibited.

Guests are liable for any loss, damages or personal injuries within the property. Damages made within the property will result in guests being charged for full repairs.

Additional linens for bedrooms 2 or 3 are available at an additional cost of GBP 15 per set.
