Fantastic 3BR House in Birmingham With Garden

  : Waiting an hour for the host to bring keys, not a great start! No apology after a 3 hour drive and made us late to a wedding party. Yet if we were late, we would be charged!Broken shower, broken lamps, broken toilet seat, broken bins, holes in the floor, grubby walls, limited basic supplies (no washing up liquid, no hand wash, hardly any cutlery etc) We were not told the correct parking and received abuse from an angry neighbour as we had parked in their space when the host had told us we could park anywhere in the car park on the right! The allocated spaces were located to the left of the house in another car park. Shower flooded within an hour of arrival, told the host who promised to return in the morning and bring someone to fix it, by 1pm the next day when he had still not arrived we had to chase and he then arrived at 2pm with extra towels and a bottle of drain unblocker for us to sort the shower ourselves!The house could be lovely but it is not well taken care of at all, not the experience we expected! Please think twice before booking!!
