  : The room was not having attached bathroom. While booking it was not informed. During check-in it was informed. Hot/ cold water combination not working while bathing. Exhaust fan in bathroom not working.

  : The check-in process was such a pain! Manager of the property was very rude over the phone and not very understanding (fyi - they dont have a reception). The windows do not open at all on purpose so I couldnt breathe and sleep properly the whole night (I got very anxious). They also ask for a 50 deposit, which is not mentioned anywhere during the booking process - I got it back pretty quickly the next day which was a relief. It was also overpriced for what it is and for the staffs attitude (95 per night). I usually never leave bad reviews but I really didnt have a good experience.

  : My experience with this property was nothing short of a nightmare. I had to make an urgent booking for my brother, who was traveling to the UK for the first time. He arrived at the property earlier than the time we had communicated to the property manager, in the late evening. The reception was supposed to be open until 10:00 PM, and at 9:50 PM, he tried calling the property, only to find that the call was constantly unavailable. Thinking it might be an issue with his international SIM card, he asked his local taxi driver to make contact, but the result was the same - an unavailable call. Frustrated and left with no other option, he resorted to knocking on the door and waited outside for a staggering 2 hours. Unfortunately, no one from the lodge ever opened the door, forcing him to leave for safety reasons. To add insult to injury, this booking was non-refundable. The following day, when we reached out to the hotel to explain what had transpired and requested a refund because my brother had to book another hotel that night, we were met with an incredibly rude response. The hotel staff claimed they couldn't find any evidence of his attempts to contact them on their CCTV (and conveniently failed to provide any proof), despite us sending them all the call logs. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed my brother, suggesting he must have dialed the wrong number. This property does not evoke a sense of safety; it feels rather sketchy. What's more, booking.com proved to be of no help in securing a refund, citing their frustrating policy that gives the hotel the right to charge for cancellations. This entire experience has left me thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied with both the property and booking.com's handling of the situation.

  : I didn't like how old fashioned it was and how the sink was outside of the bathroom. How the staircase was cramped and had no staircase rail.
