OnPoint Apartments - 2 Bedroom Apartment in Superb Location!

  : Great location. Located about 10mins from the city centre and really easy to get to. The view from the flat is also really nice, it overlooks the courtyard of the complex so you get the view of the really older and much more picturesque flats on the other side. The windows also open up all the way so you get great ventilation as it tends to get very hot inside the flat. It's also a quiet area, we had no issues with loud or annoying neighbours.
  : The sofas in this flat are the worst things I've ever come across. I have no idea who chose them but it makes it clear that this is a place that's rented out and not a place actual humans live. There's absolutely no homely vibes, it's a completely corporate boring flat. But it does the job I guess. There's also a really weird window into the bathroom with a direct view of the shower, that is semi glazed over but if anyone is using the shower, you've basically got front row seats. We had to cover it up with a towel. I'd suggest management looks into removing that maybe?

  : It was great for what I needed. Although it's needs a maintenance man to fix the bathroom door and extractor fan which is very yloud, but otherwise it was great

  : The location was great. 20 mins walk to town or bus at the top of the road. Arboretum at the bottom of the road.

  : The location was perfect for us as we were attending a tournament early and that was very close - also plenty of shops nearby.
  : We were not allowed to check in till 4 pm due to strict COVID cleaning procedures which is fully understandable. However, it became apparent that such cleaning procedures clearly had not taken place. The oven was filthy with the grill tray full of grease and food debris and the freezer was so iced up none of the drawers could be opened. As we had chosen an apartment with kitchen facilities specifically so we did not have to go out this completely ruined our stay and we felt we had to leave after one night. A complaint was put through to onpoint who requested pictures. These were duly sent but we have heard nothing since which I find utterly disgusting. We are also awaiting our £250 deposit to be returned.
