  : Public areas are spacious and decorative. Staff are pleasant. Bathroom seemed newly refurbished, (except the ceiling or door hadn't been repainted). Lunch in the bar was delicious.
  : The grounds at the front are tatty, particularly the wooden framed bedding-border which is rotten and has disintegrated. Our first bedroom was seriously damp and musty smelling so we asked for a different room, which was slightly less damp and musty smelling. So we ended up having the windows open and heating on at 25° 24/7 for the 3 nights. And because your payment is taken just before you arrive, when you "check out" they don't need to ask if everything is OK, because they have your money!

  : 124 Cold room. , Dirty bathroom / cups smelt of fish Asked for a room close by not a hike as we got . Draught from Windows .Cigarette ends outside window .Needs a reverb through out gone downhill .Breakfast food out too long fried eggs beans and all other out for over 1Hour Look forward to a reply.

  : Musty smell Hall ways.Mouldy ceiling bathroom. Curtain in bedroom dirty. Stains on carpet.Bed very uncomfortable. Showee Curtain poor.

  : Good location as it is close to UEA. Staff always very helpful and friendly. Room clean and sufficient for a short stay. Breakfast good value for money.

  : The staff were really helpful and accommodating, we were issued a full refund. The bathrooms were clean and tidy. A little dusty in places though.
  : We switched rooms 3 times during the night due to the insane noise coming from the generators and the piping. I have never in my life stayed in a hotel so noisy. We were due to have a business meeting in the morning and unfortunately only ended up sleeping at 6.30am out of pure exhaustion. We ended up getting split up and put in separate rooms. Because we switched rooms at 1.30am one of our friends didn't bring all his belongings and we were told it would be fine to get them before 11am in the morning. He went up at 9am and his shoes were outside the door. It's a good job only his shoes were in the room and nothing else.There weren't any options for milk alternatives other than soy which I'm allergic too. Which meant to couldn't really enjoy a drink in the room.In the third room we were moved too, one of the towels had foundation stains on it.Non of the alarm clocks in the rooms worked right and the air-conditioning also didn't work.The beds were very squeaky and you could feel the springs in some of them. The cushions didn't feel like they had much filling either.
